Lu Yang’s video artwork Wrathful King Kong Core was screened at the Carnegie Museum of Art’s exhibition “[…]”. This work draws inspiration from Buddhist art, the Classic of Mountains and Seas, statues, and other humanistic classics.
This program examines the concept of the archive through a selection of films that utilize archival material as part of their process and questions the inherent authority these institutions hold.
