Ching Ho Cheng @Grey Art Gallery, New York, USA

Group Exhibition "Mostly New: Selections from the NYU Art Collection"
Ching Ho Cheng’s shadow painting was on view at NYU Grey Art Gallery’s collection exhibition “Mostly New” at the beginning of this year. This painting is presentative of Cheng’s Window Series, in which he used gouache on rag board to depict the breath of light.

The exhibition “Mostly New: Selections from the NYU Art Collection” is the museum’s first exhibition since it closed in March 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The exhibition presents a compelling sampling of the New York University Art Collection, with more than 90 artworks by nearly 60 artists. “Mostly New” offers visitors the opportunity to view never-seen and rarely displayed gems from a landmark academic art collection.
