Oliver Herring wins the Sauer Artist Prize

Oliver Herring honored with the Sauer Artist Prize at The Armory Show 2024. 

This year, the Armory Show's Focus section is supported by the jewelry brand Sauer, and the Sauer Artist Prize will select one artist from the Focus as the sole winner, with a $10,000 prize. The jury includes Eric Booker (Associate Curator, Storm King Art Center), Tracy O'Brien (collector) and Stephanie Wenk (Creative Director, Sauer).

Brazilian in origin, founded in 1941 by French immigrant Jules Sauer, Sauer has celebrated the art of jewelry with an enduring legcy and culture for over eight decades, fostering an intimate connection with the art world since its inception.
