Patty Chang's video installation We Are All Mothers (2022) was featured in the exhibition Scratching at the Moon at ICA LA. This work reflects on a porpoise necropsy performed by wildlife pathologist Aleksija Neimanis, observed and recorded by Chang and feminist ecological scholar Astrida Neimanis as part of their collaborative research project, Learning Endings (2021–ongoing).
