鹿特丹非盈利机构A Tale of A Tub于2024年末呈现张怡个展“Glass Urinary Devices”。2015年,张怡沿着中国南水北调工程的路径行走,这是世界上最长的水渠。在过程中,她将尿液收集在沿途发现的废弃塑料瓶中,尝试将控制水流的大型基础设施与自己身体不受控制的流动联系起来。回到波士顿后,张怡以旅途中使用的塑料瓶为原型,制作了一系列手吹玻璃雕塑。在该展览中,这些类似假肢的雕塑在一楼展出,呼应该建筑前身作为洗衣房通过的水流,以及张怡对水的思考,将水作为地缘政治、人类过剩物和废弃物的隐喻出发点。
